Brian Kibirango

Brian Kibirango manages the Litigation and Implementation Unit at the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria. His work strengthens litigation before African Union human rights bodies and the domestic implementation of their decisions. He holds an LLB from Makerere University and an LLM from the University of Pretoria, where he is completing an LLD in International Human Rights Law. His research in Uganda focuses on political participation, access to justice for women and girls with disabilities, online gender-based violence, and land governance.
