Thomas Kyokuhaire

Thomas Kyokuhaire is a development and disability rights expert who has served as Country Director of Action on Disability and Development (ADD) International in Uganda. He previously worked as a Project Manager and Adviser with War Child Holland, ZOA Netherlands, and DANIDA, the Danish Development Agency. He holds a BSc and MSc from Makerere University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration and Management from Uganda Management Institute, and an MBA from Uganda Technology and Management University.
